For Kids:

After School Programs: Offered during the regular Academic Year (following the School District of Philadelphia calendar). Pick-up is available from Southwark and Fanny Jackson Coppin schools. Program offers crafts, games, activities and fun, lead by trained staff, Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 6pm. Registration is on a continuous basis and is often on a waitlist due to high demand. Our computer lab is a resource for all the programs held at the Center as well as a place for individuals to stop in during regular building hours and access the internet. East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association (EPX) - www.epcrossing.org:
We are proud to serve as the location for the EPX office and public meetings.
The mission of EPX is to organize a routinely available and easily accessible forum where all residents of the East Passyunk Crossing neighborhood can openly discuss, develop, and implement plans of action to promote innovative growth in the neighborhood while maintaining its history and character by:
- cultivating clean, safe, sustainable and well-planned streets and shared outdoor space
- fostering community participation in public discourse and access to public services
- encouraging friendly, productive relationships among residents and between residents and businesses
- providing charitable and educational outreach in the community
